2. Management!
3. Origin Capital, who were not able to find more "sophisticated" (dumb) institutional shareholders!
1,5 Mio sounds like a joke whereas ARU needs at least 500 mio $ if not 1 billion to build a plant.
ARU is more a dead horse atm than anything else.
