Here our tax loss season ends the end of Dec. Any losses on poorly performing stocks sold can help offset any capital gains during our taxation time April 1st....these stocks can be bought back after 30 days and still claim the loss...many (not all as I can attest to!) do worse in Dec due to tax loss selling and tend to do much better after tax loss selling ends ....just wondering if your system is similar and could be a possible partial reason for the poor SP
