Perhaps the next AGM is where we, the shareholders, block the renumeration and directors fees. I'm pretty gutted by what has taken place and have lost all respect for these people. As I mentioned in a previous post, the directors of a company I hold took substantial pay cuts to stretch the funds. This lot has been feeding themselves a nice big salary for what?? selling the retail shareholders down the shitter so that they can maintain their income?? As someone has said - this is a great resource with a shite management team.
