This placement is the most outrageous and incredibly incompetent raising I have seen in 50 years of investment in public companies. On his appointment we were led to believe that the chairman was highly skilled in capital raising. Heaven help the company when it goes to raise development capital. PEK must surely now be rated as a lifestyle company for insiders.
