This is exactly what's going on without a doubt..look at the vol on the first two days of the smackdown from 5c.. 85m in those two days...then lo and behold 2 weeks later a CR of 84m at 1,8c. free money, of course these things are always "oversubscribed"..you`ll often see this in the recent vol with any CR, and I`m dumbfounded how they can get away with it in this country.
