You should research more on Charley Creek which is the only and biggest alluvial rare earth project in ASX, it should be the lowest Capex and Opex in rare earth industry, may be even bigger than Brazilian IAC REE project due to low capex and opex. Per lastest Scoping study, the average NPV was $154mil, the Capax is only A$156mil, they will focus on this project now after years, and I am eagerly waiting for more updates.
