being within the sanctuary will be bad news. The buffer zone - I am not sure but it will still make it for a complicated process in obtaining permits and having more stringent conditions. The sanctuary though will have issues. A clarification from Env would be critical as these will be issues to consider further down the track. Considering Env has coda, a decision needs to made early if there is a significant chunk out of Env tenements. I don’t think Env has major issues to worry but it would be prudent for management to clear this.
