Not a big fan of how ADD structured the placement Seeing as though the comment by DR only mentioned U and the significant interest of the U, the 1:1 option could have been 1:2 at least On top, not only do Peak receive 6% broker fees they also received 30m options which is in addition to the ~14.3m options they will also receive by putting in $100k to the placement The price and amount I am a fan of as it is a top up to not dilute more than is necessary Do hope 2/3 of the funds are earmarked for the U in SA with remainder for Ni and working capital Bring on the drilling! ... hopefully Mar/Apr
