As for you dissatisfaction about contact, I suspect you might have to adjust your expectations a bit. CEO's of public companies just can't be constantly engaging with shareholders as there would be no end to this. Shareholders also tend to ask searching questions about matters that if answered could lead to allegations of insider trading information. There are very strict rules in place for the dissemination of information within public companies and on the whole it would just be safer for a CEO not to engage in individual briefings with outsiders. The same with analysts. Everyone wants market sensitive info from you, be very careful you don't provide any, is the guideline. I can understand this seems rude to you but there it is.
