your points are correct - what i am suggesting because there exists by any measure disquiet with DTR at least on "G" of ESG .by some fraction of the DTR s/holder cohort ...to build genuine support[and there is never a guarantee of success viz: CHN as an exemplar] - SB could use his Bullypulpit
