What I meant was this stock fit my trading criteria! I had a small position under 4 cents and waiting for its CR news. It was wonderful that the CR done at 7 cents meant insiders knowing something big so they could offer such high placement price. I believed they had commitment before gold dicovery news otherwise they would not commit to pay such high price. Once CR news dropped, some traders chasing the market at high, of course, would not be happy about that and were selling out. For such highly held share registry company, it fell sharply but that would be good change to position ourself IMO. I bought some yesterday and looking forward to accumulate more before placement shares issued. I share my experience here only. It is not an investment advice.
