You have tried , blinkers on at the moment is not a good strategy, I’ve been through 87 and was long and wrong , 911 again long and wrong - exited all holdings before GFC and sold most of my holdings except strategic in Jan this year , now short the market and relaxed .
Best way to learn is to make a mistake , sit on the side and watch .
