you know they issued shares to pay for AdCel out of that as well. and a bunch of collateral shares for the ZCS which aren't owned by Alto. I can't be bothered going back through it all but hold out for the next video as I think Ted might do a breakdown on the share issues and the legacy debt including discount rates etc that should finally put your concerns to rest. if it all pans out you gonna buy back in? it's a pretty compelling buy after today.

4E was reviewed by the auditors (bit like the half yearly they need to sign it off) but we will have to wait for the full financial audit. needs to be out by the annual. I wouldn't anticipate it being much different.

wouldn't get too hung up in Swami. you should see some of the crap he has been recommending. makes your losses seem trivial!!!
