I agree I have been thinking there would be a JV for quite some time which partly why I have held for so long. top real estate all through the fraser range which is enjoying success after success recently you'd think it would be in the works as as you mentioned the sp being so cheap.

If not I don't believe this time there would be such delays as we've seen in the past. Delays have always revolved around the cash balance and looking in hindsight you can see rams attempts to push the price up with announcements pre CR. Cash won't be a problem now and I look forward to seeing how much cash is raised from investors.

Also expecting more soil sampling results later this month.
