I think I have got point 2 wrong: The anncmt says "Notes are redeemable at 10.0 cents per note after 5 years if not previously converted"
I thought by saying "redeemable at 10c" it referred to "as shares" but on re-reading it I believe the word "redeem" refers to cash.
So my apologies. An honest mistake & I don't want to mislead.
Makes little difference to the C Notes, but I wanted to correct the mistake.
