    What is it you don't understand about "Following receipt of the placement funds and the repayment of the total drawn down under the two-year $1.0 Million Unsecured Loan Facility, the Company will have total cash of approximately $2.0 million with an additional $1.0 million available under the Loan Facility."

    Just read it. Its not that hard! 2+1 = 3
