Sent off my money today for my entitlement plus some shortfall shares if available.
I hope the raising is well supported by existing shareholders.
Non shareholders can apply for any available shortfall shares that are not taken up by existing shareholders.
It would be a pity to see a non shareholder be able to build a sizeable stake in Raiden without having to buy on market IMO.
