The crown jewel here is Zinclear and IP related to its manufacture. Basically lowest cost producer (at the risk of being overly simplistic), with some additional benefits.
The formulations that come from that (assets being sold) are basically what they provide to most contract manufacturers. Sure they're certified, but that's not much of a moat.

As for valuation of assets:
Take a look at what Lev did when ANO purchased incorrect equipment (2015/16 from memory) or when TWD were stuck with land purchases that did not benefit shareholders (~2009/2010). Speaks a lot to his character and how he treats other shareholders.
I'm quite comfortable not having an independent valuation.
Finally on exclusivity:
They're saying VeganicSKN will, for 10 years, use Zinclear powder/dispersions in all their products (basically Lev saying he will purchase active ingredients from himself. A no brainer)
