How do you know the Largest and Third largets shareholder are not participating? I can't find that in the documentation?
I agree stronger wording on the Directors participation but Paul (exec chairman) only owns 85,054 shares and the other 2 non execs. 100k shares each. It is David Foster and Al Hansen (Kesa which is also the 3rd largest shareholder and hence my question above)
