Yeah, I'd like to see management come out and ease the markets concerns.

I know it may be subject to privacy at the moment, but more details about the "unsolicited offer" would be a start.

I've seen too many companies use a potential T/O to create a liquidity event for large holders to unload.

I think TCN management is more honest than that, but the first half result could turn out to be a real shocker.
