You cant be serious. A company would get sued to oblivion if they scraped or hacked data illegally.

No 1PG quite clearly cannot refresh the data from Facebook, but they can from other sources which they are doing currently and is well known if you bothered to research them properly.

In regards to new entrant data, when you have over a billion profiles this isnt too concerning. Perhaps in 20-years time this would be an issue. But guess what, new entrant data gets loaded in when a company starts a trial with them and their employee data gets loaded in, which they actually get paid for. Amazing isnt it? These trials are a lot more valuable than a lot of people on here realise.
