don't get me wrong Andrew, I am really happy with the structure of the deal. How often these days do the sophs get a free attaching option and then we see the conversion price as strong chart resistance for years to come. This is an excellent result.....but it would have been even better to see the likes of google or FB or Accenture being named as the strategic partner.
Still, I no complain.
