CTP have stated that they will release the Phase 1 gas results as a collection when phase 1 is complete.

This may not seem very good to the shareholders, but it is important to remember that while in default JVs are NOT entitled to results. That means that unless BG pays up they won't get to see the results. If those results were to be released now BG would know whether it was worth pursuing the JV or if they should walk away.

So even though we might not like it, it's better for the company at this time not to release these results.
