IMO SP has blasted past sell territory.
company should still do well *eventually* with the powder plants and shouldn't be discounted entirely.
however there is no way this is a buy in my eyes either there doesn't seem to be anything concrete other than
Step 1. Build powder plant
Step 2. ???.
Step 3. Profit
