    10% interest rate per annum is pretty high imo, but I guess that's how you attract institutional investors.

    They will have to make sure these 10mil can bring them >$1 mil revenue pa to break even. Let's see what they have in place ...

    hopefully this is not to replace funds that were pulled out by another investor for the banking license.
