re: Ann: $10.8M Capital Raising at $0.14 per ... The only strange thing about this placement is that no shares have been issued as yet.
There has been no change in substantial holding issued by summit for the 19.5m options converted so are they unloading these shares to raise the cash for the first tranche to be issued.
Even if they sell them at 13.5/14 they get a placement fee so won't be out of pocket.
