Its usually the case nutcracker, you will still get your few that are happy to sell out at levels below the recent placement, just an oppertunity for those not set to take a position below placement price, the big picture here is we have serious backers involved in SIH that will take the company forward & a good management team.
Summits position wil head towards 20% after this placement, which will put them in a position to either takeover SIH when the time is right, block any cheap takeover attempts or negotiate a good takeover price if ever approached, interesting times ahead.
