The simple fact that our majority shareholder is willing to pay a nice premium to the current price shows the huge amount of confidence they have for the future of this coy and in management.
Management have just shown us that SIH is not worth any discounting, and in doing so have earnt themselves a great deal more respect from all holders.
In regards to todays trading, imo we've always been witness the slow absorbtion of our anns from non-holders ;)
