I'm thinking this is intended as a short term play. Normally it'd be pretty easy for this to go up 15% on some bright and shiny anns that they might have in the back pocket. Look at the excitement on these threads when Chris Roberts came on board, for instance - it doesn't take much for those already committed, and it doesn't actually have to be something substantial.
So in a couple of weeks maybe pull out the anns, get another Proactive Investor rave, hit the "buzz" button (toot toot/train leaving the station/blue sky etc.) and let the big player/s sell into it. They might make an average of 10%, or 1 million in no time flat, and the company has more money in its coffers, all thanks to retail investors. Then the sp slides down again until the next cycle of 'wealth redistribution'.
Of course the legal stuff has complicated things, so the play might not work. The buy side has been decimated since The Australian article, and the sell side has doubled.
