nothing they know, just a lot of weak hands, weak register doesnt help. Drilling in september is also atleast 1-1.5 months way from firm announcements and progress. as theres no JORC there cant be any mine development yet so stuck waiting for the wet season end. Mali has an annoying wet season runs from June to as much as October, so unless it hits a JORC before that period, its stuck.
