My guess is the underwriter had to use his overdraft to get the last bit of the 167m shares sold to earn his commission and get the options.

I wonder how many he couldn't sell? Let's hope it wasn't too many and he gets rid of them quickly so that the market forces get back to normal and the price rises to where it should be after such a small CR.

2b shares at 7c diluted by 167m at 6c = 2.167B at 69.2c

The lead underwriter is the only one who can make a profit out of selling what he was forced to buy at 6c. The other sub underwriters would only be on a small discount on the number they bought and would be hoping to sell at somewhere north of 6.9c if they are in for a quick profit.

I hoping to see a quick bounce once the 6c seller is done.

5,9 cents, what's next 5,7-5,8 cents. Quite disheartening to watch HGO at these levels.
