Interesting to see the VWAP and the closing price sitting at 6c with massive volumes being traded. Massive volumes normally push the price up or down???
A good indication that the seller is convincing buyers to buy.
I'm inclined to think that the Under writer having sold as many as he could to sophisticated investors in the placement has been busy selling to mums and dads on market.
The market is crazy and values assets extremely badly because it focuses on all the wrong things.
Once I realised that the big investment houses are just as crazy and the market follows the leader,I have done very well investing when the market is undervaluing the potential and selling when it is over valuing it.
The good thing is there are a lot of sellers when the the share price drops to under value and miraculously a lot of buyers when it jumps into over value.
Totally crazy.
