Yes, I have been a long term holder of HGO shares.
I take the view as previously mentioned that we are best to have a diluted holding in something that should produce a good return sooner, rather than later.
Re debt. I purchased a business years ago that was debt ridden. Got it cheap. Did very well out of it, and still own it.
Guess what I am saying is debt is good, if under control. My view is that no debt is great. If you end up with too much debt, you spend to much time away from your business talking to banks, rather than running the business.
I am hoping this year will be the best HGO has had for years.
Time will tell if this investment works out for me. At present, it has not.
