I'm very happy with this announcement. The company gets an extra $10 million to play with and any shareholder who objects to the 6 cent price can buy this morning on the market at 5.8 cents. Has the real value of the company been reduced? No the real value has been enhanced because they have money to find a bigger resource. Of course if your plan had been to sell then this is bad news.
