That's standard with these particular resources gangsters..The pump-up to 14.5/15 c occurring just before this CR..My bet is that some of these insto's were short-selling at 14c knowing they'd be issued shares at 10c on this CR..these guys are sickening..retail holders stiffed again & denied opportunity to participate on S.P.P. on same terms. Karma will get this B.O.D.
