Yeah the floor will be established very soon. No lower than $3.50. It's like a 12% fully franked. If you invest $10k you'll get $1.2k in div just alone. This will be like Telstra. It had a 11% fully franked div at $4.0 and snapped back to $4.50. Won't be long, probably July after EOFY.
