That said understandable if the CEO has you not trusting him, in said video Adrian mentioned Capricorn. Capricorn engaged all sorts of due diligence in that way and set about checking out SPX ... So this deal is not guaranteed to occur but highly beneficial if it can come to fruition.
This foundation stage is only one of many steps, the fees and verticals to be used will come out in stages.
Like how after Carpet Court successful roll-out Spenda and CC went on and entered into a further 5 year deal in expanded terms.
The current valuation of SPX is high on the right now, but the future SPX entity I suspect will be a blue chip business which has me invested long term.
