Finally...! Saas fees are on the low side but welcome. They needed $5.5mio to breakeven and have now announced two deals that earn about $3mio. So they will get to CF+ this FY, which is really, really good news. Siding with the nay sayers, I want to see the $$ coming through as announced, before being fully re-assured.
I imagine we will get later some announcement on profit share for payments, etc... It does confirm the revenue potential. Best news, I think, is to have Capricorn as a cornerstone investor. This will definitely help with capital and debt raise going forward. It is a vote of confidence for what they had built, and we needed to see that,
I am not buying more as I have quite a bit. You'd think it is going higher into the $0.02, but I still think it is rich for the performance/cashflows, given a market environment that is still very tight. But if they continue to grow from here and keep costs steady, it will rise further from here, I think.
