The distribution 5.0250 cps includes 4.1082 cps partial repayment of principal on Loan Notes and the balance is an unfranked dividend. Not a tax advisor, but the loan repayment is not taxable as a dividend but will reduce the cost base of your investment when you calculate CGT on disposal.
that drop today was sudden. I was waiting at 2.44 not expecting to get hit. Love the dependability of this stock, and it’s good to have regular opportunities to add to the position on pullbacks.
