I added more to my holdings this morning. I probably have too many of this security in my portfolio ... portfolio concentration is how one makes money imo - not diversification. Diversification is to protect wealth once created.
Where is the risk?
100% take or pay contracts, linked to CPI locked in until June 2031.
Offering a fantastic dividend yield, which will eventually have franking credits also attached.
I was on the investor call and buybacks were mentioned depending on the market reaction to this great deal.
A lot to like.
