Lol this looks like being a 20-30% return, given both dividends and future increase to intrinsic value of the underlying business.
Not bad in the current environment.
And even with the share price at $2.30, given future dividend expectations, this will be an 8% plus dividend with most of the tax deferred (great for those on higher tax rates) and that dividend to increase 3-7% p.a in the future.
