NNOOSAJJ - "Cowboys" might be a bit rough don't you think?
Give me solid technical expertise steering a company instead of a silver tongue any day.
Normally I'd reserve the term "cowboy" for people who ride roughshod over their shareholders and misuse funds / misrepresent their projects and generally don't really know what they are doing.
I fail to see how NME has really done any of that.
From what I understand, NME is very tightly held with 4 or so people holding more than 50% of the company between them; 2 of them being directors.
Perhaps the lack of price movement is just a representation of the lack of trading volume, and not necessarily a lack of promotion?
