Interesting report alright but still no real definitive answer. Though their is a whiff of optimism in that announcement or is that just desperation on my part. lol
The way I see it, If there is due diligence being done then we are to take it that the Top Level option to acquire is being exercised buy AU1... Therefore as long as Top Levels shop is in order we will have a deal ?
that would be my understanding of the wording this report.
