onyx, I think we are seeing some profit taking and also some selling because funds may be needed for paying bills etc. It is still a while to the next div, so others may be moving funds elsewhere to earn a quid in the meantime.
Anyway, with a drop in the share price, this looks to me like a buying opportunity, not a reason for despondency. This company pays reliable dividends equal to the banks, so IMO, nothing to fear here.
