From their annual report released today.

REE's Cummins Range - Likely mining in 2 - 2.5 years. Low CAPEX strategy. Updated mineral resource estimate due in about a month. Recently bought out Talaxis's 12.3% holding in Canada Rare Earth Corporation. REE soon secondary listing in the US. Working on establishing a global (non-China) RE concentrate trading company with Shenghe. Don't rule out the new company out as one of HAS's last offtake agrreement partners - the REE CEO is very fond of HAS by how much he mentions them in tweets.
