@bungy234 totally agree that our BOD will come up with a good business case, and there is a compelling one out there that’s never been done in Oz before, and I like the long term case. But I’m not interested in being diluted to pay for it. If the Merlin case was hot - we’d be trading at 15c plus - not 5c and change... This is a let’s see how low the price can go placement game, and I don’t like it - so if one doesn’t like it one doesn’t have to play by those rules today. Appreciate your being played, take the asset on the cheap - and spend 18 months ratcheting down the business case to zero cost to LOM SH’s. That’s value adding - not lining sponsoring brokers pockets with placements.

I really like LOM’s assets, and love the idea of adding Merlin to the mix - it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy an asset for a discount. So great - let’s do it. We just don’t have to put it in production ASAP, as I’d like to see more DD (Due Diligence) ie: time taken on getting the business model perfect & in the meantime focussing on selling specials & building up our bank balance to pay for it out of future cash flows rather than dilution.

Thats what the insto’s do anyway.
