This is a bit tentative maybe, but a report was published in March 2022, about a month after Hazer's MoU in Canada: "B.C. RENEWABLE AND LOW-CARBON GAS SUPPLY POTENTIAL STUDY".
Maybe it's coincidence, but $160 million should buy a lot more plant than 2,500tpa (100,000tpa appears in previous Hazer investor slides).
A few years ago, before COVID etc., Hazer estimated AUD$45 million for a 2,500tpa plant.
PS, you asked about the CAD $8m BC funding in your other post. This was ANN'd at the end of April 2022.
