The volume is way too low to be manipulated. If buyers believed this had value they would be buying on market and definitely not the low volumes we have seen.
look at some of the duds stocks I own. Heaps are having CRs that miss their target, have no revenue but have MOUs, partners etc but are constantly putting their hand out. I feel as a holder of hazer investors need to see.
How they are going to generate revenue? Timeframe and generating that revenue. How long until these partners start paying royalties etc. The SP is low because these types of stocks have been slaughtered since inflation and interest rates went up. Every single CR that hazer has had has been a lower price over the past 3-4 years.
Im a LT holder who average is just under $1 and I doubt I can invest anymore in it simple because it has no revenue and I can't see that changing soon. I really hope I am proved wrong and it goes on a run and nails down some solid announcements.
