Would anyone care to hazard a guess at the likely mechanism for the return of cash to shareholders?
Likewise, can anyone offer a careful estimate of the tax liabilities arising from the sale to Lumibird?
And finally, any guesses as to how much cash the company may hold back to fund the iTrack and 2RT businesses it is retaining?
Like others, I'm thinking that since the lion's share of the current price reflects the cash from the sale to Lumibird, the iTrack and 2RT businesses are being quite seriously undervalued. I'm trying to get a sense of just how much cash there might actually be, after the company's tax liabilities on the sale, a deduction for working capital for iTrack/2RT, and any tax payable on receiving the cash distribution on the part of the shareholder (this will obviously depend on each shareholder's individual circumstances).
