No super pit scenario on REE's but the super pit was an amalgamation of a bunch of played out gold shaft mines, or the old golden mile in Kal. One of which I went in as a kid at Hanault, which was pretty darn cool and equally scary.
But that is similar to the little gold mines at Mangaroon dotted around. But compared to Kalgoorlie, Mangaroon is not really a gold territory. But it would be super if they amalgamated into a larger ore body.
